In my understanding, deserts don’t lead only to problems, but actually offer potential strengths. This is what the Kubuqi Model has taught me. Based on international standards, Kubuqi has made great achievements. It is a wonderous, economically prosperous land with PV and tourism industries growing, deserts turned green and locals lifted out of poverty. I would like to take this opportunity to express my respect to the thousands of Chinese who have contributed to this, and to ELION. We should learn from the success of Kubuqi and turn problems into opportunities.
